Sacrament of Reconciliation
Wednesdays: 10.15 – 10.45 am at St Benedict’s
Saturdays: After the 4.30 pm Mass at St Oswald’s
Confession is also available on request or by appointment.
Private Prayer
St Benedict’s is open for private prayer, Tuesday to Friday 9.30 am – 2.30 pm (except on Bank Holidays). Both churches are also open 30 minutes before each Mass.
Communion at Home
If you are no longer able to come to church and would like to receive communion at home, please contact the Parish Office on 630127.
Care of the Sick & Dying
(1) If you have a loved one in hospital who needs a priest urgently, please ask one of the nurses to contact the ‘On Call Catholic Priest’ rather than phoning around the parishes. This is the quickest way of getting a priest to the hospital.
(2) If you have a loved one in hospital who would like a priest to visit them, please contact Fr Dave on 630127.
(3) If you are worried about a loved one in a care home, please contact Fr Dave on 630127. Thank you.

Lucky Hens Rescue
Lucky Hens Rescue is a non profit organisation that rescues hens that are going to be slaughtered and tries to rehome them. A few parishioners have adopted hens and alerted me to the charity. You can read more here:
